The Resideo ZD10X28TZ is a 24VAC power-closed, spring-return zone damper for rectangular ductwork in forced-air HVAC systems. Built with extruded aluminum frame and parallel blades, it delivers low leakage (<1% at 0.5 in. WC) and minimal pressure drop. The factory-mounted M847D-ZONE actuator provides fail-safe normally-open operation with 30-second closing and 10-second spring return cycles. Ideal for TrueZONE zoning panels and standard 24V zone control boards.
