However, product descriptions, images, and cross-references are provided for general reference and may contain errors or omissions, and images are illustrative and may not depict the exact item.
You are responsible for confirming that a part is correct and compatible for your application before purchasing and before installation. If you are unsure, contact us before you order and we will help. Parts should be selected, installed, and serviced by a qualified professional in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and all applicable codes and regulations.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing, but errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for that product, whether or not the order has been confirmed, and to correct the error.

13. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
