The Resideo ZD16X12TZ is a 24V AC rectangular zone damper designed for forced-air HVAC zoning systems. It features a power-close, spring-return design that defaults to open during power loss, making it ideal for normally-open zone applications. Built with an extruded aluminum frame and parallel blade design, it delivers less than 1% leakage at 0.5 in. WC and operates reliably up to 1 in. WC static pressure. Compatible with TrueZONE and other 24V zoning controllers.
