The Resideo ZD8X12TZ is a 24VAC power-closed, spring-return rectangular zone damper for forced-air HVAC zoning systems. This 8" × 12" damper features a parallel-blade design with less than 1% leakage at 0.5 in. wc, extruded aluminum construction, and a direct-drive M847D-ZONE motor mounted on the 12" side. Rated for up to 1 in. wc static pressure, it integrates seamlessly with Honeywell Home TrueZONE and other 24V zoning panels. Fail-safe normally-open operation ensures airflow is maintained during power loss.
