The Resideo ZD20X16TZ is a 24VAC power-close, spring-return zone damper for rectangular ductwork measuring 20" x 16". It features a built-in synchronous motor with 90° rotation, adjustable range stops, and parallel blade design for low leakage. Designed for use with Honeywell Home TrueZONE zoning systems and compatible with most 24V HVAC controllers. Fail-safe operation ensures the damper returns to open position during power loss.
