The Resideo ZD18X10TZ is a 24V rectangular zone damper designed for forced-air HVAC zoning systems. This 18" × 10" parallel-blade damper features power-closed, spring-return operation to ensure fail-safe airflow during power loss. Built with extruded aluminum construction and a high-torque synchronous motor, it delivers reliable two-position control with low leakage (<1% at 0.5" wc) and quiet operation. Rated for static pressures up to 1" wc and compatible with Honeywell Home TrueZONE panels and standard 24Vac zoning controls. Backed by a 5-year warranty.
