The Trane RLY1770 is a 24V fan time delay relay and electric heat sequencer for residential air handlers and electric furnaces. It manages blower motor and heating element startup cycles with factory-calibrated on/off delay timings (typically 1–20 seconds heat-on, 30–60 seconds cool-off) to prevent simultaneous high-load activation and circuit breaker tripping. Direct OEM replacement for Trane and American Standard equipment.
