Resideo VU53S2018 is a two-way, normally closed fan coil zone valve for commercial HVAC systems. Controls hot or chilled water flow in fan coil units, terminal reheat coils, and convectors. 1/2" sweat connections, 1.0 Cv capacity, 300 PSI operating pressure, 50 PSI differential close-off rating. Brass body with quick-opening flow curve and triple O-ring seal. Requires separate VU443 or VU843 actuator. CSA C/US approved.
