The Resideo VR8305P4279 is a single-stage step-opening gas control valve designed for direct spark ignition systems on residential furnaces and boilers. The valve opens at a 0.9" WC step pressure before reaching a 3.5" WC full-rate outlet pressure, delivering a flow rate of 300 cubic feet per hour at 1" WC pressure drop. It runs on natural gas or propane, operates within a -40°F to 175°F temperature range, and carries AGA/CSA certification. Installation is hardwired and rated for professional installation only.
