The Resideo L8148E1265 is a hardwired, line-voltage aquastat relay used for high-limit and circulator control on residential and commercial boiler and hydronic heating systems. It operates on 120V AC, 60 Hz, single phase, with a 180-240°F setpoint range and a fixed 15°F differential. The SPST switch provides contact ratings of 0.8A at 24V AC for the burner circuit and 7.4A at 120V AC for the circulator circuit. It mounts vertically, uses a 4.5" capillary bulb rated to 255 psi maximum on the immersion well, and includes a Molex plug connector for vent damper integration. UL and CSA certified, non-programmable, single-stage control. This unit is an OEM replacement for Resideo and Honeywell aquastat relays, cross-referencing to L8148E1158, L8148E1182, L8148E1216, and L8148E1065. Installation should be performed by a qualified technician. Common accessories used with this control include a thermowell, capillary tube insulation, and a mounting bracket, and it is typically installed to resolve no-heat conditions, repeated high-limit trips, circulator failure, or vent damper faults.
