PEMS PM58840 is a permanent split capacitor (PSC) replacement motor for Nutone ventilation systems and exhaust fans. Rated 1/20 HP, 120V, 1600 RPM with dual-shaft configuration (1-3/8" x 5/16") and ball bearing support. Direct replacement for Nutone 58840 and compatible with QT300(N) and JA2R207N series blowers. Reduces amperage draw to 0.68A for cooler, longer-lasting operation.
