The Maxitrol T120 Selectrastat is a wall-mounted electronic heating control for commercial and light industrial space heating. It provides precise modulation of gas flame via a connected amplifier and modulating valve, maintaining tight discharge air temperature control within a 60-85°F range. Compatible with Maxitrol Series 20/30 systems and standard fuel gases (natural gas and LP). Replaces the older T107A-1 model.
