Johnson Controls V-3000-8012 is a pneumatic valve actuator with 8 square inch diaphragm area for proportional control of steam, hot water, or chilled water valves in commercial HVAC systems. Features exposed yoke design for easy field maintenance, barbed 1/4" air connections, and maximum operating pressure of 25 PSI. Includes replaceable synthetic rubber diaphragm and configurable spring ranges (3-6, 4-8, or 9-13 PSI). Direct replacement for legacy V-3000-8011 model.
