Honeywell V5862A2013 is a 1/2" NPT two-way modulating zone valve with 0.29 CV, designed for small hot water and chilled water HVAC applications including fan coils, baseboards, and air handlers. Features brass body with stainless steel stem, equal-percentage flow characteristic, and soft valve seat for low leakage. Compatible with M6410A (floating) and M7410F (proportional) actuators; operates on 24V AC supply with 125-second stroke time at 60 Hz. Rated for 230 psig and media temperatures from 36–230°F with up to 50% glycol compatibility.
