The Fireye MEP104 is a microprocessor-based programmer module for the MicroM flame safeguard control system, designed for automatic ignition and continuous flame monitoring in commercial heating and process equipment. It features 10-second purge timing, 10-second pilot trial (PTFI), and 10-second main flame trial (MTFI) sequencing with non-recycle-on-flame-fail logic. Compatible with flame rod, UV, and infrared scanners; integrates with MEC120, MEC230, and other M-Series chassis. Includes fault diagnostics with LED lockout codes and non-volatile memory for service troubleshooting.
