The Beckett Z2000U is a precision nozzle assembly and electrode setting gauge designed for Beckett AF, AFG, SR, and SF oil burners with "F" style retention heads, and AFII burners with "FB" style heads. This field tool allows technicians to calibrate the critical Z-dimension (nozzle-to-retention-head distance) and set electrodes to factory specifications (5/16" above center, 1/16" in front, 5/32" gap) without removing the burner from the appliance. Composite construction withstands oil and heat while maintaining fine tolerances for optimal combustion efficiency and reliable ignition.
